Our Commitment to Social and Environmental Sustainability
Social sustainability is at the heart of our mission, and ecological sustainability is an integral part of our concept as well. At Hotel & Bistro ZwiBack, we actively minimize plastic use and food waste whenever possible.

For our takeaway meals, we use packaging made from renewable or recycled materials. Together with reCIRCLE, we offer guests the option to borrow reusable dishes and have them refilled.

Our hotel and bistro laundry is washed internally at the Altried Foundation in Zurich, securing protected jobs and minimizing transport distances.
